Terms & Conditions

By making a purchase of any Digital Product with Krystal Hudson (Designer), the purchaser (Client) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

Term

These Terms & Conditions begin immediately upon purchase by the client.

Template or Product License

By purchasing a template from Krystal Hudson, you are granted ONE revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferrable license to the Product(s) you have purchased. The purchaser will be given access to the digital product within [48 hours] through a download delivered in his/her email. The purchaser is responsible for downloading and saving the the digital product to their own device(s) which will then entitles them to have lifetime access to the digital product.

By purchasing a template from Krystal Hudson, You agree to display “Designed by Krystal Hudson” in the footer of that template.

You may not republish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, display, disclose, distribute to friends, family, or any other third party, or otherwise use any material from the Product or Content for commercial purposes or in any way that earns you or any third party money (other than by applying them generally in your own business). By downloading, printing, or otherwise using the Product or Content for personal use you in no way assume any ownership rights of the Content – it is still Company property. Any unauthorized use of any materials found in the Product or Content shall constitute infringement.

Done-For-You Services

Following the purchase of any done-for-you add on service, the Designer I will make contact with the Client and request they supply some or all of the following deliverables within 7 business days:

Branding colours
Copy
1 x headshot photo
A list of links/URL's

IMPORTANT: Done-for-you services are a "fit out" service only and do not include any adjustments to the original template designs other than the personalisation & branding.

The Client will receive their completed offer within 7 business days of receiving 100% of the above deliverables from the Client.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchasing, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by the Purchaser in connection with the Digital Product will be allowed under any circumstances.
