Knowing your template first means you’ll prepare your content to fit the design you’ve chosen rather than guessing what pages look like.

Do you have an existing website you want to keep?

If you already have a site you love and just want it brought into Kajabi as-is, I can copy your layout and pages into Kajabi so your brand looks familiar and stays consistent.

After picking your template (or choosing to migrate your existing site), you’ll send your copy, images, colours and brand files. I’ll give you exact instructions on what I need and how to organise it so nothing’s confusing. These will need to be submitted to me no later than 1 week prior to your scheduled date.

Hot Tip: Most templates come with copy guides, so you’ll know exactly what to write and where to put it, which makes this part much easier than writing from scratch.

Important: All deliverables (copy, images, branding, template choice, etc.) must be submitted before your booked start date. If everything isn’t provided before we begin, your 7‑day turnaround may be delayed because the build can’t start until all deliverables are in.

Once I have your template and assets, I handle all the backend work; uploading your template, applying your branding, building your pages, setting up your system pages, and connecting your domain so your site is live.

When your site is ready, we’ll walk through it together so you understand where everything lives and how to update and manage it going forward.

After your site goes live, you’ll have 7 days of email support for general questions as you settle in and begin using your new online home.

That’s absolutely an option. If you have a website you’re happy with and just want it brought into Kajabi, I can rebuild it as it is using your current layout and content; so your branding and structure stay consistent while you consolidate your tech into one platform.

No, you don’t need to be familiar with Kajabi to work with me. I handle the build for you in the backend. You just need to provide your assets (copy, images, branding, template) and I’ll handle the rest. After launch, I’ll walk you through where things are and how to use your site going forward.

Yes! I provide a curated shortlist of recommended templates that fit well with this service so you can make your choice without endless scrolling. Once you’ve decided, you purchase it and I set it up for you. You can start to explore my recommended designers here.

Major design changes or custom features outside the template structure aren’t included. If you’d like extra customisation, I can provide a quote for that separately.

My specialty lies in Kajabi - not copywriting or SEO. That means you provide the copy you want included on your pages (e.g. text for sections, calls to action, etc.). I do not write or proof client copy. Most templates come with copy guides that show you what type of words go where, so you can easily follow prompts and replace placeholder content with your own. You’re responsible for supplying the text and any SEO‑related content — I’ll take that and place it into your template.

Because this service is a template‑based build using your own copy and assets, there isn’t a formal revision round built in. The expectation is that your content is final when submitted so I can place it directly into the template. If something needs fixing due to an error on my end, I’ll correct it. Changes outside of correcting mistakes (like re‑writing content or re‑designing outside the chosen template) can be done but are charged at the hourly rate of $150 AUD per hour including GST.

Blog setup and post migration aren’t part of the base service; they’re optional extras you can request if needed.

Once your site is live, you’ll get 7 days of email support for any general questions as you get comfortable with your new Kajabi site. After the 7 days, I am always available to support, just email me with what you need and I can suggest the right support service for you.

Not at all! No coding or advanced technical skills are required. Everything is done using your chosen Kajabi template and the platform’s built‑in tools. If you want custom code beyond what the template allows, that’s available as an add‑on.
